For 14 years, Mental Fitness has been delivering evidence-based resiliency programs to K-12 schools and universities. Our programs are popular because they are infused with creative and performing arts and mindfulness / yoga. And educators like them because they are evidence-based and rooted in best practice.
Our programs are audience-specific and have shown to provide a safe, unique and interactive launching point for discussion of complex mental health issues that face kids from all communities and backgrounds. Our goal is to build resiliency through improving the shared protective factors that expand mental fitness in all youth.
Since our inception in 2006, our array of programs have been presented in diverse, multi-ethnic communities; including middle schools, high schools, universities, medical, educational and arts festivals worldwide.
