Mental Fitness Workshops
Mental Fitness has deployed more than 500 wellness workshops that teach simple, effective activities proven to reduce stress and develop healthy coping skills by incorporating the Building Blocks of Mental Fitness.
Our programs have reached over 80,000 individuals. In 2020, the Mental Fitness performed a critical assessment and streamlined its priority initiatives to effectively meet the growing need for mental health resources.
Mental Fitness consistently engages participants at rates of 80% or higher by incorporating fun, innovative activities in a simple format that can be used in a group setting or individuals of all ages.
