Michaela Scott born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, is the youngest of 1 older brother and two older sisters. She has been singing since she was ten years old. She did not realize she could sing until she sung in her old church’s choir. The first song she learned to sing was Adele’s Rolling In The Deep. She gets her inspiration from artists such as: Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Lauryn Hill, and Stevie Wonder. Michaela is a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a student, and a mentor. As she prepares to graduate high school in May, she is planning to chase after her dreams. She has been knocked down a couple of times, but she has not let that stop her. She has been told no so many times and she knows it is her time to shine and sparkle.
